Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains how Jitbites Pty Ltd (“Jitbites”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our approach is simple: collect as little as possible, and nothing from your photos.
Who we are
Jitbites Pty Ltd (ABN 99 647 121 355) is an Australian company based in Queensland. We publish apps under the Pellavine name, including Storage Intelligence. This policy covers our websites (jitbites.com and storageintelligence.app), emails you send us, and the Storage Intelligence app.
Our websites
Our websites have no sign-up forms, no cookies, and no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. If you ask for launch updates, we add your email address to our launch list and email you only about the app you asked about. Ask us at any time and we’ll remove you. We keep emails for up to two years, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
The Storage Intelligence app
Storage Intelligence is in development. As designed, it works like this, and we will update this policy before launch if anything changes:
- Analysis of your photos and videos happens on your iPhone. Your photos, videos and the results of the analysis are not sent to us or anyone else.
- There is no account to create, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
- Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
- To make sure the free first cleanup is used only once per device, the app uses Apple’s DeviceCheck service. The app sends a temporary token, created by Apple, to our server, which asks Apple a single yes/no question about the device. We do not store the token, and it does not tell us who you are.
- If you choose to share crash reports with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple sends us anonymous crash data.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We use these service providers, which may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Microsoft: our email service.
- Apple: app distribution, payments and DeviceCheck.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and by collecting as little as possible in the first place.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@jitbites.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email privacy@jitbites.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Children
Our websites and apps are not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly do so.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. For significant changes to how the app handles information, we’ll also explain them in the app.
